Named after Executive Chef David Tang's hometown in California, Rosemead showcases his culinary philosophy driven by seasonality, freshness of ingredients and its natural flavours.

David started his career in prestigious restaurants like the two Michelin-starred Mélisse in Santa Monica and Spago Beverly Hills. David then spent 12 years working his way up the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, including at the famed Hotel Bel Air and American steakhouse CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Dubai and New York.

Moving to Singapore in 2018 to head Jigger & Pony Group’s new-Italian restaurant Caffe Fernet, David is proud to present Rosemead, an American grill restaurant inspired by flavour and taste memories from when he lived in Los Angeles.
