Rosemead Bakery takes inspiration from our restaurant’s focus on honest and comforting American flavours, as well as Executive Chef David Tang’s taste memories from when he lived in Los Angeles.

For a boutique American bakery experience, our restaurant serves baked goods such as the soft yet fluffy house rolls, glazed to achieve two textures. We also pay homage to the rich and homely flavours of American icons, like our decadent Devil’s Food Cake and Tres Leches Cake.
